    1 lb.crab meat,1 1/2c.white sauce,1/2teas.tobasco,2 eggs separated and beaten,parsley or green pepper,salt,pepper.

    Separate eggs.Add beaten yolks to white sauce.Mix all and fold in egg egg whites.Bake 375*,20 mins.
