9 eggs,3/4 cup bean sprouts rinsed drained,3/4 cup crab meat or shrimp,chopped onion,2 Tbls.soy sauce,1/8 teas.pepper,peanut oil.

Recipe



In bowl,beat eggs,add sprouts,crab,onion,soy,pepper.In wok,add oil.Heat.Pour in 1/2 cup egg mixture.As eggs set,lift edge to allow liquid portion to run underneath.When bottom of eggs are golden,slide onto plate,cooked side down.Invert and return to wok.Cook until done.Serve with brown gravy or soy sauce.Repeat with remaining egg mixture.
