    1/3 cup minced onion,3 Tbls.butter,1/2 lb.crab meat,1/2 cup bread crumbs,1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley,1/4 cup cream,1 teas.lemon thyme,4 lb.red snapper dressed for stuffing,salt,pepper,1/3 cup white wine mixed with 1/3 cup melted butter.

    Saute onion in butter till brown.Remove from heat,mix with crab,crumbs,parsley,cream,thyme.Sprinkle cavity of fish with salt,pepper.Stuff fish,skewer edges closed.Put in greased baking pan,pour wine-butter over fish.Bake 400*,uncovered 30 mins,basting.
