    4 eggs,1 cup sour cream,1 cup cottage cheese,3/4 cup grated parmesan,1/4 cup flour,pinch salt,4 drops tobasco(opt.),pinch nutmeg(opt.),1/4-1/2 cup diced crab meat,2 cups shredded jack cheese.

    Grease 10" pie plate.In food processor blend first 8 ingred..Pour into bowl,stir in crab and jack cheese.Pour into pie plate,bake 325*,45-60 mins. till puffed and golden brown.Let stand 10 mins.before serving.
