List of Ingredients
4Tbls.butter or olive oil,1/2lb.sliced mushrooms,48 seedless red grapes in 1/2s,1c.sour cream,1c.mayo,lemon juice,8 fillets of any white fish.Recipe
Oven 350*.In skillet saute mushrooms in butter or oil till soft.Remove from heat,stir in grape halves,sour cream,mayo,juice.Mix.Arrange fillets in greased shallow baking dish,pour on sauce.Bake 30 mins.till fish flakes easily.
