    2 lb.halibut steaks,1/2 c.chopped green onions with tops,1 c.sour cream,1/4teas.white pepper,1/2teas.salt,1/3c.parmesan cheese.

    Put steaks in greased baking dish.Combine all other ingredients except cheese and pour over halibut.Bake 350*,20-25 mins.Top with cheese and put under broiler long enough to brown.Serve
