1 Tbls.butter,1 1/2 oz.white wine,1/8 teas.paprika,1/8 teas.celery seed,1 oz.clam juice,1 teas.lemon juice,1/8 teas.worcestershire,1/8 teas.tobasco,2 oz.cocktail sauce,2 oz.(40-50)cleaned shrimp,2 oz.scallops,2 oz.oysters shucked,2 oz.crab meat,4 mussels,4 clams,salt,pepper,2 oz.whipping cream,1 oz.butter,chives.Recipe
For best results,use a double boiler,blanche seafood.Get skillet hot,add butter,wine,clam juice,cocktail sauce,celery seed,w.sauce,paprika,tobasco,lemon juice,salt,pepper.Add mussels,clams,cook till opened.Add shrimp,scallops,crab,bring to boil.Add cream,boil 1 min.Finish with last 1 oz.butter,garnish with chives.
