Pecan Fish Fillets

1 1/2 lbs.thin fish fillets(snapper,sole..),1/2 cup fine chopped pecans,1/2 cup fine bread crumbs,lemon zest,salt,1 Tbls.thyme,olive oil for coating pan and spraying fish,2 Tbls.melt butter,milk.Recipe
Oven 450*.Coat rimmed baking sheet with oil.Combine pecans,crumbs,zest,salt,thyme in dish.Cut fillets in serving pieces,dip in milk,then in crumb mixture.Put in single layer on sheet pan,pat with any remaining crumbs,drizzle or spray with a little more oil or butter on fish.Bake 10-15 mins.till done.
