    1 good sized salmon fillet(1 whole side of fish),2-3 sliced lemons,Paste of brown sugar and butter.

    Put a lrg.sheet of foil on cookie sheet.Place salmon skin side down on a bed of lemon slices.Cover top side of fish with a stiff paste of brown sugar/butter mixture.Put another layer of lemons on top.Fold sides of foil together,seal.Put in oven 350* till done.
