    Salmon with Horseradish Cream

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup mayo,4 teas.creamy horseradish,2 Tbls.chopped chives or gr.onions,2-4 salmon steaks.

    Oven 350*.Oil baking dish.Mix mayo,horsey and chives.Add salt and pepper to taste.Season steaks with salt and pepper,Spread approx.1 Tbls.mayo-mix over steaks.Bake 20-45 mins.(depending on thickness of steaks).Serve with any remaining sauce.
