2 1"thick halibut steaks,flour for dredging,1/4 cup olive oil,1/4 cup lemon juice,salt,pepper.Recipe
Pat flour into steaks.Sear in HOT oil,watching not to burn yet dark brown.Cover,on low heat,saute 10 mins.Add lemon juice,steam covered until juice is evaporated,steaks are done.Season with salt and pepper,serve.(I serve these with scalloped spuds,steamed broccoli,canned jellied cranberries.A meal fit for a king...).
