12 flour tortillas,1 lb.med.shrimp peeled veined,6 oz.crab meat,3 cups shred jack cheese(reserve 1 cup for topping),1 can-20oz.green enchilada sauce,1 carton sour cream,1/2 cup fine chop gr.onions,parsley.Recipe
Oven 350* Greased 9x13 pan.Lay tortillas flat.In middle of each,equal amts.cheese(using 2 cups),crab,shrimp.Fold sides in,roll.Put seam side down in pan.Repeat with tortillas.Pour sauce over all,top with 1 cup cheese.Cover with foil,bake 30 mins.uncover cook 15 mins.Serve with sr.cream,gr.onions,parsley.
