Stuffed Sole
List of Ingredients
8 fillets sole,1 cup crab meat or shrimp,6 Tbls.butter,1/4 cup white wine,1 cup bread crumbs,1 beat egg,1 teas.lemon juice,1/4 cup chopped onion,1/4 cup chopped green pepper,1/4 cup chop celery,2 Tbls.parsley,paprika,salt,pepper.Recipe
For stuffing;heat 2 Tbls.butter add onion,gr.pepper,celery.Cook till vegies are tender.Add wine,cook 1 min.Add crab or shrimp.Add bread crumbs,egg,parsley,salt,pepper.Place 4 fillets in buttered baking dish.Spoon stuffing onto fish.Cover with remaining fillets.Melt remaining butter,add lemon juice,pour over fillets.Sprinkle with paprika.Bake 450*15-20 mins.
