    Baked Peaches With Ice Cream

    2 lrg.fresh ripe peaches,2 teas.brown sugar,1 teas.butter,2c.vanilla ice cream(Tillamook of course),vanilla wafer cookies crushed.

    Recipe



    Oven;350*.Cut peaches in half,remove pits.Place cut side up in baking dish.Sprinkle 1/2teas.brown sugar over each half.Dot each with 1/4teas.butter.Cut a piece of parchment paper the size of baking dish and spray with non-stick spray.place paper greased side down on top of peaches.Bake 15 mins.or tender.Remove from oven.Serve topped with ice cream and wafer sprinkles.Serves 4.
