    1/2 teas.mustard,1 Tbls.flour,1 Tbls.brown sugar,1 teas.salt,1 Tbls.vinegar,1 cup ketchup,1 cup water,1 1/2 lb.pork chops,about 1 1/4"thick.

    Recipe



    Mix mustard,flour,sugar,salt.Add vinegar,ketchup,water.Pour over chops in baking dish.Cover with foil,bake 350* 1 1/2-2 hrs.
