List of Ingredients
4 lb. ribeye roast,2 cloves garlic minced,1 teas.salt,1 teas.pepper,1 teas.rosemary crushed(opt.),1 jar beef gravy,1/4 cup currant jelly,1 1/2 teas.dry mustard dissolved in 1 teas.water.
Recipe
Oven 350*.Combine garlic,salt,pepper,rosemary.Press on all sides of roast.Put in roasting pan.Roast 18-22 mins.per lb.for med.rare.Remove roast when meat thermometer reads 155*.Rest roast 15 mins.In saucepan,mix gravy,jelly,mustard.Cook on med.5 mins.Carve roast,serve with sauce.
