    1 egg,2 green onions with tops sliced,1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs,1 Tbls.mustard,1 1/2 lbs.ground beef,1 jar beef gravy,1/2 cup water,2-3 teas.horseradish,1/2 lb.fresh mushrooms sliced.

    In bowl,beat egg,stir in onions,crumbs,mustard.Add beef,mix.Shape into 4 thick patties.In ungreased skillet,cook patties on each side till done,drain.In bowl,mix gravy,water,horsey,add mushrooms,pour over patties.Cook uncovered 5-10 mins.
