1lb.elk sirloin,1c.sliced bell peppers,1 sliced red onion,8oz.fresh mushrooms,1 clove garlic,1Tbls.soy sauce,1/2teas.salt,2Tbls.olive oil.

Cut elk into strips.Heat oil in pan,add garlic,soy,onion,elk.Saute till browned.Add remaining ingred.,simmer covered till vegies are tender.
