    German Sausage Apple Bake

    List of Ingredients




    6 granny smith apples peeled cored thinly sliced,2 lbs.pre-cooked brats or kielbasa,2 teas.butter,1 sm.onion diced,2 med.spuds peeled sliced thin,1 green bell pepper seeded diced,2 zucchini sliced thin,1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or jack cheese.

    Layer apples,sausage,in 9x13"pan,dot with butter.Layer onion,spuds,peppers,zukes.Bake 300* 1 hr.Cover top with cheese,bake till melted.
