For Glaze;2 Tbls.red wine vinegar,2 Tbls.sugar sub.,1/4 c.honey,2 Tbls.dijon mustard,salt,pepper.4 pork chops,1 Tbls.olive oil,salt,pepper.


Recipe

Glaze;In sm.pan,heat vinegar,sugar,till boil,and dissolved.Add honey,mustard,bring to boil,remove from heat,season.Season chops,grill drizzled with oil.When almost done,coat with glaze,finish.
