    List of Ingredients




    1-2 lbs.ground beef,3med. spuds peeled diced,1/4 cup ketchup,aluminum foil,3 med.carrots peeled diced,1 onion chopped,salt,pepper.

    Recipe



    Mix in bowl,beef,ketchup,salt and pepper to taste.Shape into 4 patties 1/2" thick.Put on 4 sheets foil.Put equal amts.carrots,spuds,onions on top.Wrap securely in foil.Put on baking sheet.Bake 375*45-55mins.
