1/4c.cooking wine or red sherry or dry white,1/2c.honey,1/2c.dark molasses or dark Karo syrup,2 smashed cloves,dash worcestershire,1/2 of lemon-juice,lrg.ham.Recipe
Cut fat from ham.Prepare glaze by combining all in sausepan,bring to boil.Drizzle over ham the night before.Bake 275*,5-7hrs.-first 2hrs.keep ham covered.Then uncover,baste every hour,turning ham on all sides.Slice and serve with glaze if desired.
