    Joe's Favorite Meat Loaf

    List of Ingredients




    2 lbs.lean hamburger,1/2 lb.ground pork sausage,1/2 cup chopped sweet onion,1 cup bread crumbs,1 egg beaten,1/4 cup ketchup,1/2 teas.dry mustard,salt and pepper.

    Mix all.Bake 1 1/2 hrs,325*-350*,Can also top with bacon strips before baking.(My husband's favorite sandwich is cold leftover meatloaf and peanut butter!Try it!You'll like it!) Have plenty of milk with this sandwich!
