Cooking spray,1 c.chop onion,3 cloves minced garlic,2 lbs.ground turkey,1/2 c.bread crumbs,1 egg white,3/4 c.catsup,2 teas.worcestershire,3/4 teas.salt,1/2 teas.pepper.


Recipe

Oven 350*.Coat saute pan,saute onions,garlic 5 mins.Put in bowl,cool 5 mins.Add turkey,bread,egg,1/4 c.catsup,worcestershire,salt,pepper,mix.Pack into loaf pan.Top with 1/2 cup catsup.Bake 55-60mins.
