Liver And Onions
Do not over cook liver!
List of Ingredients
1 lb.calves liver(it is richer than beef liver),3 lrg.onions sliced,2 Tbls.bacon drippings,2-3 Tbls.vegie oil,seasoned flour for dredging.Recipe
Dust liver with flour.Quickly brown on both sides in oil.Remove from pan.Keep warm.Add onions to pan with bacon drippings,soften onions.Add 2-3 Tbls.water,cook 10 mins.Return liver,simmer 10 mins.
