Leftover chicken,turkey or other meats may be substituted.


List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lbs.hamburger,1 onion thin sliced,1 teas.salt,1/4 teas.pepper,2 cups bisquick,1/2 cup milk.

Recipe



In skillet,brown burger,add onion,salt,pepper.Cook till done,drain.Blend bisquick,milk to soft dough.Turn onto floured surface,roll into rectangle 9x12".Cover with meat mixture.Roll as for jelly roll.Place on greased baking sheet seam side down.Slash top several times.Bake 400* 20-25 mins.Serve with gravy,tomato or mushroom sauce.
