    4 med.pork chops,6 Tbles.raw rice or instant rice,1-14 1/2oz.can chicken broth,1 med.onion sliced,2 med.tomatoes sliced,1/2 green pepper in rings,salt,pepper.

    Oven 350*. Greased covered baking dish.Brown chops.Put rice in baking dish,top with chops.Top chops with slices of vegies.Season with salt and pepper,pour broth over.Cover,bake 1 hr.
