Plum Glazed Pork Ribs

5 lbs.boneless country style pork ribs.Glaze;2 cups plum jam,1/4 cup red wine vinegar,2 teas.dry mustard,1 teas.ground ginger,1/2 teas.pepper,1/8 teas.cayenne pepper.Recipe
Bake or bbq ribs(350*1 1/2 hrs.)Heat glaze to a boil,stirring.Glaze ribs while baking or bbq-ing.Serve remaining glaze on the side with ribs.(Thank my daughter-in-law Nikole for this one.)
