8 pork tenderloin medallions,2 teas.lemon pepper,2 Tbls.butter,2 Tbls.lemon juice,1 Tbls.worcestershire,1 teas.dijon or plain mustard,1 Tbls.parsley.Recipe
Season medallions with lemon pepper.Cook medallions in butter.When done,keep warm and make sauce;lemon juice,worces.,mustard in skillet with pan juices,cook,stirring till heated.Pour over pork,top with parsley,serve.
