    Round steak,2 eggs,flour,milk,salt,pepper,1 can beef broth,1 onion sliced.

    Cut steak into serving pieces,season.Put in flour,egg,and again into flour.Fry in oil till browned on both sides.Drain.In 9x13 pan,put onions on bottom.Place steak on top,add broth.Cover with foil,bake 350* for 1 1/2 hrs.Uncover and bake 30 mins.
