List of Ingredients

Meatballs;1 1/2 lbs.ground beef,1/4 lb.ground sausage,1 egg,1/4c.catsup,2 Tbls.worcestershire,1 Tbls.dry mustard,1 Tbls.soy sauce,1 clove minced garlic,2 teas.salt,1 teas.pepper.Sauce;2 cans cream of mushroom soup,1 c.sour cream,1 teas.worcestershire,1/4-1/2 c.milk or cream.


Recipe

Mix all ingredients for meatballs.Roll into small balls,put on baking pan.Bake 45 mins.or done.Mix sauce ingredients,heat through well.Put drained meatballs and sauce together,and put into a crokpot,or stove-top pan,simmer low 45 mins.Serve over mashed potatoes,rice,or noodles.
