    List of Ingredients




    Meat balls;1 1/2 lbs.lean hamburger,1/2 lb.ground Italian sausage,1/3 cup minced sweet onion,2/3 cup bread crumbs,1 egg beaten,1 tea.salt,1/4 tea.ginger,1/4 cup milk.Sauce;1 can(13 1/2 oz.)pineapple tidbits and syrup,1/3 cup vinegar,1 Tbl.soy sauce,1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper,1/2 cup brown sugar.

    Mix meatballs,form,fry till done.Heat sauce,stirring till thickened.Combine meat balls and sauce,heat all throughly.Serve over rice.
