    1 lb.pecans,1 egg white,1Tbls.water,1c.sugar,1teas.cinnamon,1/2c.butter.

    Recipe



    Whip egg white till frothy.Add water,sugar,cinnamon.In a 9x12 pan,melt butter.Pour pecans in egg mixture,stir well,then pour into pan.Bake 250*1-1 1/2 hrs,stirring every 15 mins.
