List of Ingredients
16 ounces small shell macaroni,1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix,8 ounces Tillamook sour cream,8 ounces small curd cottage cheese,1-3 ounce package softened cream cheese,1 teaspoon lemon juice,2 cups lump Dungeness crab meat.
Topping;1 cup grated Tillamook medium cheddar cheese.Recipe
Preheat oven to 325* F.
Cook shell macaroni in large pot of salted boiling water until tender,about 8-9 minutes.Drain well.In large mixing bowl,mix soup mix,sour cream,cottage cheese,cream cheese and lemon juice.Fold in crab meat.Stir in shell macaroni.Put in 2 quart baking dish.Top with cheddar cheese.Bake uncovered 25 minutes.
