List of Ingredients
3 cups rotini pasta,1/4 cup Tillamook butter,1 can evaporated milk,2 large eggs,1 teaspoon dry mustard powder,salt,fresh ground pepper to taste,2 cups grated Tillamook medium cheddar cheese,1/2 cup grated Tillamook sharp cheese.Recipe
Preheat oven to 325* F.
Cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water,8-9 minutes.Drain well.Return to pot,add butter,stir to melt.In separate bowl,whisk milk,eggs,mustard,salt and pepper.Mix into pasta with cheeses.Stir over low heat till blended.Put into greased, 2 quart baking dish.Bake 20-25 minutes.
