    2 cups dry small elbow mac.or shells,1/4 cup butter cut in pieces,1 can evaporated milk,2 eggs,1 teas.dry mustard,1/2 teas.pepper,1/4 teas.salt,2 cup shred.cheddar,4 oz.american cheese.

    Oven 350*.Cook pasta drain.Return to pot,add butter,stir till melt.Whisk milk,eggs,mustard,salt,pep..Add pasta along with cheeses,stir over low till blended.Put in casserole,bake 10 mins,stir,bake 20-25 mins.
