    2 cups cold milk,2 Tbls.cornstarch,4 Tbls.butter,1/2 teas.salt,1/4 teas.pepper,2 cups shredded cheddar cheese,1 pkg.8-oz.elbow mac,cooked drained,bread crumbs.

    Mix and heat cheese sauce of milk,cornstarch,butter,salt,pepper,cheese.Add mac,put in greased casserole,top with crumbs,bake 350* 30Mins.
