1/2 lb.fettucchini noodles,1 1/2 c.chicken broth,1/4c.dry white wine,1/2teas.dried marjoram,1 lb.shimp peeled deveined,1 Tbls.cornstarch,1 cup milk,1/3c.shredded swiss cheese.

Recipe



Combine broth,wine,marjoram,in pan,bring to boil.Add shrimp,cook 1-2 mins.Remove shrimp.Bring broth back to boil for 15 mins.until reduced to 1/2 cup.Cook pasta.Combine cornstarch,milk,pour into broth stiring till thick.Add cheese,stiring.Add shimp,heat thru.Serve over pasta.
