    Lonas' Lasagne

    First make 'Lona's Special Spagetti Sauce(see pasta recipes).

    List of Ingredients




    Lona's special spagetti sauce,16 oz.lasagne noodles cooked,4 cups(2 lbs) ricotta cheese,or cottage cheese,2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese,divided,1/4 cup grated parmesan,2 eggs,1 Tbls.parsley,1 teas.salt,1/4 teas.pepper,sour cream.

    Make spagetti sauce.Heat oven 350*.In bowl,stir ricotta,1 1/2 cup mozz.,parmesan,eggs,parsley,salt,pepper.Spread bottom of 13x9x2 pan with spagetti sauce.Top with noodles.Top with cheese mix,repeat...Cover,bake 45 mins.remove foil,bake 10-15 mins.till browned.Let stand before serving.Serve topped with sour cream.
