List of Ingredients




1 pkg.pasta cooked,1 lb.ground beef or lamb,2 onions chopped,3 cloves garlic chop,1 can whole tomatoes drained chopped,1 teas.oregano,1 teas.basil,1 teas.allspice,1 teas.cinnamon,1 teas.sugar-to taste.Topping;4 Tbls.butter,4 Tbls.flour,2 cups milk,3 Tbls.parmesan,6 oz.feta,2-3 eggs.

Brown meat,onions,garlic,add spices,sugar,tomatoes.Simmer sauce 30-45 mins.Mix in pasta,put in baking pan.Make topping;melt butter in pan,mix in flour to form paste.Add milk,heat stirring till thick.Add parmesan,crumbled feta,stir till melted.Let this mixture cool completely before adding eggs.Add eggs,pour over meat and pasta.Bake 350*-375* 45 mins.till done.
