    2(14.5oz)cans tomatoes(try roasted tomatoes),1(6oz)can tomato paste,4 Tbls.chopped fresh parsley,1 clove garlic minced,1 teas.dried oregano,1 teas.salt,1/4teas.pepper,6 Tbls.olivive oil,1/3C. diced onion,1 c.blush wine.

    In skillet over med heat saute onion in oil.Add tomato sauce and wine.Simmer 30 mins.Blend till smooth.
