6 skinless boneless chick breast 1/2's,1/4 cup flour,1/2 teas.salt,dash pepper,3 Tbls.butter,1 14.5oz.can stewed tomatoes with liquid,1/2 cup water,2 Tbls.brown sugar,2 Tbls.white vinegar,2 Tbls.worcestershire,1 teas.salt,2 teas.chili powder,1 teas.dry mustard,1/2 teas.celery seed,1 clove garlic minced,1/8 teas.hot pepper sauce.Recipe
In shallow dish combine flour,1/2 teas.salt,pepper.Coat chick.Melt butter in skillet,brown chick.Remove from pan,drain on paper towels.In same skillet,mix tomatoes,water,sugar,vinegar,worces. season with salt,chili pow.,mustard,celery seed,garlic,hot pepper sauce.Bring to boil,reduce heat,return chick to pan,cover,simmer 35-40 mins.till done.
