    6 cooked chicken breasts cooked,2 cup diced cooked ham,2 cans cream chicken soup,1 cup sour cream,1 1/2 cup grated jack cheese,2 cup breadcrumbs.

    Put ham and chick. in bottom of greased casserole.Mix soup,sr.cream,cheese,pour over meat.Bake 350* 35-40 mins.Remove from oven,top with crumbs,Bake 5 mins.Serve over rice.
