    1/2 cup oil,1/4 cup ketchup,1/4 cup red wine vinegar,1/4 cup fine chopped onion,3 Tbls.sugar,2 teas.worcestershire,1/2 teas.salt,2 bags torn spinach,2 tomatoes diced,2 cans sliced water chestnuts drained,2 cup chow mein noodles,2 hard cooked eggs chop,1 lb.bacon cooked crumbed.

    Combine 1st 7 ingred.in jar with lid.Shake well.Combine remaining ingred.in lrg.bowl,add dressing,toss.
