    1/3 cup whipping cream,3 cups shredded carrots,1/3 cup raisins,1/2 cup halved pineapple chunks,3 Tbls.sugar,opt.1 teas.cinnamon,1/3 cup mayo.

    Recipe



    Whip cream(or use cool whip)set aside.Combine remaining ingred..Fold in whipped cream.Chill covered in fridge 15 mins.till serving.
