    1 qrt.uncooked sauerkraut,1 cup chop celery,1 cup grated carrot,1/4 cup sugar,1/2 cup vinegar,1/4 cup oil.

    Mix all well,put in glass gallon jar,fridge overnight,shaking to blend once in awhile.
