    The Westener Steak Sandwich

    List of Ingredients




    Beef sirloin strip steaks or ribeye steaks cut 1/2 in.thick,2 teas. montreal steak seasoning,1/2 cup salsa,1/2 cup sour cream,1/2 cup chopped green onions,4 oblong rolls split toasted,lettuce.

    Recipe



    Mix salsa,sour cream,onions to make sandwich spread.Season both sides of meat with montreal seasoning.Grill steaks or fry till done.Spread rolls with 2 Tbls. of spread per side.Top with lettuce then steak.Close sandwich,serve.
