1/4 cup oil,2Tbls.chopped parsley,1/4 cup green onion chopped,1/4 cup flour,2 cups milk,3/4 cup beer,1/4 teas.dry mustard,1/2 teas.worcestershire,1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar,1/4 teas.salt,pinch white pepper,pinch cayenne,pinch garlic.Recipe
Heat oil in pot.Add parsley,onion.Lower heat,add flour to make roux,cook over med.heat,stirring 20 min.Preheat milk.Remove roux from heat.Add milk,beer,mustard,w.sauce,stir over med.heat till thick.Remove from heat,add cheese,seasonings.
