3 egg yolks,1/4c.water,2Tbls.lemon juice,1/2c.firm cold butter cut in eighths,1/4teas.salt,1/8teas.paprika,dash pepper.Recipe
In sm.pan,beat egg yolks,water,juice.Cook over very low heat,stirring till bubbles at edges.Stir in butter,1 piece at a time,until melted and sauce is thick.Stir in seasonings.Take off heat,cover,chill.
