    Raisin Sauce For Ham

    1 1/2 cups raisins,2 Tbls.mustard,2 Tbls.brown sugar,1 Tbls.vinegar(or more),2-3 Tbls.corn starch,salt.

    Simmer raisins in water to cover 1 hr.Add the rest,except corn starch.Dissolve corn starch in small amt.of water,Add to mixture,stirring till thickened.
